Jan 2012: DVD Delayed
The publications of the long awaited DVD about Clarence, The Sound of Hope, has been delayed to take into account the great news of Clarence's award of the MBE. The latest estimate for availability is mid-February. Clarence says 'I am very sorry for everybody to be moving this date, but I have no control over some of these happenings.'
Dec 2011: Clarence's DVD The Sound of Hope is now expected to be available mid January 2012.
Nov 2011: Clarence appears with UK's first paraorchestra.
Conductor Charles Hazlewood has created the country's first orchestra for disabled people and Clarence is delighted to be part of it. Report and video

You can't spend time with Clarence Adoo and fail to be touched, inspired and impressed by him.
On top of losing his career as one of the UK's top trumpeters in a car crash in his mid 30s, Clarence's doctors offered no promises of any improvement and a loophole in the insurance policy meant he did not qualify for a payout despite being paralysed from the neck down.
Yet Clarence remains a remarkably upbeat and positive man who proves that miracles still happen!
